A common performance pathway is for players to master the mechanical and technical skills before they move on to master the final 3rd skill - the flow of space and movement. The creative part of performance. The dance. Where we co-create something we can’t yet see from the space between us. By separately coaching the 3rd skill - everyone has the same opportunity to master the flow of space and movement - without having to first master the technical and mechanical skills of a given sport. When we have the 3rd skill we timelessly, effortlessly - connect. A flow, a  rhythm, a pattern, a ripple of movement emerges where we co-create opportunities from the space between us  - that nobody can yet see.

• We went to the most amazing basketball session in  Hemel at Longdean school. My son is autistic and has ADHD he struggles  to follow instruction and is extremely demand avoidant. This session  took all the barriers away for my son and he had the most amazing time,  his words “I loved it”. Well worth checking out
