• We are a multi-sport community club for players who want to develop an equally important skill to gaining the highest technical standards. The skill that is equally important to gaining the highest technical standard, is the ability to make individual, in game, in the moment, micro decisions to achieve targets others fail to see. When the following skills are added to great technique, it makes for all-round excellence! 1. The ability to view, in the mind's eye, the space between all the players. 2. The ability to make micro decisions, fine tune the timing and execution to maximise the available space and gain the greatest advantage.
• All ability Mixed. No trials, No squads, No Ego's.
• 6 to 7pm. Bushey Grove Leisure Centre, WD23 2TD
• 13+ - Mixed - All ability.
• There is a big "ish" with age. 11 is ok, if it works for the player.

• We went to the most amazing basketball session in  Hemel at Longdean school. My son is autistic and has ADHD he struggles  to follow instruction and is extremely demand avoidant. This session  took all the barriers away for my son and he had the most amazing time,  his words “I loved it”. Well worth checking out
