We coach using the science of the brain. It says we all learn by wiring and rewiring the brain.
Wiring new skills into the brain and is a process of narrowing on to what is required and practicing it. It’s doing as instructed to do as others do. Rewiring skills is a process of personalising what is wired. It's seeing a bigger picture and trying other ways. We don't necessarily know that those ways will work but we evaluate and see where they take us. It's thinking on our feet learning as we go and teaching ourselves by rewiring skills we already have.

Sports coaching is largely geared to wiring new skills into the brain. We provide opportunities for everyone to learn by rewiring what is already wired into their brains. We can all be more than is wired into our brains.
We all get lost in the creative curiosity of trying other ways and seeing where they take us. Other ways to think and move as one. Other ways to think our way past those who are bigger and faster than we are, trying other ways to adapt to aging and changing bodies. Sessions go at the pace needed by the players. Everyone is welcome. ​
