We play with celebration at our heart as we develop Game IQ through playing basketball. We compete with our brains for our brains with fun, fitness, and kindness. We all laugh as we all (teammates and opponents) share in a dance of movement. A warm welcome is guaranteed.

This session is half-court. Mixed and 14+ - all abilty - A warm welcome is guaranteed.

Please note : Game IQ Coaching is perfect for running team sports for neuro-diverse players because we don't rely on all players being able to all follow the same instructions at the same time - and we can safely mix a broad range of ages and abilities that are blended to create enough structure to play a game but not so much players get stressed and anxious about making mistakes.

Benefits of playing with us

• Players enjoy sharing a dance of movement - regardless of ability - where we feel connected, that we are contributing and that we matter. 
• Players learn how to change the flow and rhythm of movement in the space between “everything is known” and “nothing is known” - the ‘betweenness’ where the game of life is played. 
• In conventional sports settings, players use their Game IQ to get a result when something they and their Sports Coach have practiced doesn’t work - creating agile, adaptive, teams that can get a result when things don't go to plan.

About us

We are a social enterprise using Game IQ Coaching to make playing games and sports accessible to those who don’t want to always be corrected for failing to execute the coach's instructions. We all laugh as we all (teammates and opponents) share in a dance of movement. A warm welcome is guaranteed. We put on events using Game IQ Coaching for everyone to come together to enjoy the process of playing games and sports regardless of their ability to play or pay in an inclusive, diverse, openly imaginative, high-performing community.

Health and safety

The additional risk for what we do compared to Sports Coaching is that we have a much wider range of abilities and ages. Sports Coaching manages this risk by streaming players by ability and age.
