We play basketball to improve our spatial awareness and timing. We use spatial awareness and timing coaches to turn competition into a process of connection. Spatial Awareness and timing coaching is a process of constantly zooming in and out to see space from different perspectives to find different ways to change our timing to co-create something from the space between the people around us. When we are coached to compete only using spatial awareness and timing - EVERYONE - regardless of their current levels of athleticism can experience a series of exhilarating moments when winning and losing feeling in the balance and feel alive, connected, and in the moment.

• Our coaches have created their own governing body for what they do. Its called GamesCoaching.ORG and they are best at explaining what they do :) 
• No  trials, No squads, No Ego's. 
• 16+ League level. Mixed.
• 8.30pm to 9.30pm

• 16+ - Mixed - League Level - club and no club players are welcome. If you are not sure if you are league-level, just come down and watch, start off with an all-ability session, or contact the help centre.
