At this session players of all abilities will enjoy playing basketball for fun, fitness, and kindness. 

Most of us start out by learning the mechanics of basketball. We progress by perfecting these mechanics and lifting our athletic abilities until we find our level. When we stop improving our motivation often drops. Our sessions provide an opportunity for everyone to use the brain to improve. To think their way to higher performance. To grow their Basketball IQ. Provided we use the full potential of the brain it doesn’t age as quickly as our bodies do. We can use the brain to keep growing as players no matter what our age or athletic abilities. Continually finding ways to grow is a joy.
