  • 8.30 to 9.30pm - we will expand to 2hrs - as the numbers grow. This is our first session.
  • It is at Longdean School, 10 minutes from Westminster Lodge - but the entrance is not the school. There is a separate entrance that you can only find by just putting the post code in - and nothing else - HP3 8JH - or it takes you the main school entrance. The easiest way is to use “What3Words” and they are ///guard.forks.fries
  • 16+ - Mixed - League Level - club and no club players are welcome.

We are not Sports Coaches so we don't lift the technical skills of league-level players.

We provide a different format of playing that is designed to be the opposite of that provided by clubs.

Why? Because Clubs tend to be geared to helping players practice to avoid mistakes as they execute the coach's plan. Which is fine - but it tends to Neuro-lock players into one way of thinking.

Clubs also tend to make all players and all coaches follow a performance pathway - which again is fine but it also creates Pathway Dependency - where nobody does anything unless there are clear instructions to follow. Any deviation from the pathway is seen as a mistake that is corrected by getting things back on the pathway. Nobody makes any small adjustments that are often needed to get a result in specific situations - in a given moment.

This is fine while the plan works.

When it doesn't nobody has the fluid intelligence - Game IQ - to diversify how they think to get a result when the planned way doesn't work.

Nothing ever always goes to plan.

It also means that good players, who don't fit the club's performance pathway, leave the sport. When in fact these players just don't fit into the performance pathway.

Our league-level session gives players opportunities to step outside their club's managed performance process - to try different things - to just do - free from any consequences of being dropped from the team. Players lift their potential by diversifying how they think. Players find ways to improve that are outside of what a club coach wants. Outside a club's performance pathway.

The session also helps older players to use the aging process to find different ways to play - that are often more effective - than the ways they played that relied on their younger body being quicker or stronger than the opposition.

  • We play games to diversify our thinking.
  • Neurodiverse Sports Coaches help everyone avoid Neuro-locking themselves into one way of thinking.
  • We grow our fluid intelligence to diversify our thinking to get a result when our current way of thinking doesn't work.

We  are building connections with clubs who want to recruit players with  the fluid intelligence - Game IQ - to be able to adapt to get a result  when what was planned didn't work. Clubs that want players who can both  execute a plan and adapt.

Please note that we are happy to talk to any sports governing body  and sports provider interested in adding Neurodiverse Sports Coaching  to their offering. At this moment we are not connected to - affiliated  with - supported by any sports governing body.

Any questions are welcome

See you on a court soon

Cheers, Jon
