Basketball League Level - Hemel (1)

This session helps successful league-level players, who are often good at following the instructions of sports coach - to avoid practicing so much that they Neuro-lock themselves into one way of thinking and playing - and become predictable and unable to adapt to get a result when it goes wrong. Nothing ever always goes to plan - even for the very best of us.

We will help players break any neuro-locking they have by asking players to do things they don’t normally do. We will play a format of the game designed to create a fluid, rhythmic, flowing, unplanned, dance of connection and movement that can’t be achieved by play set plays. We will show you how to change the rhyme and flow of the dance by moving with and without the ball to open and close space in offense and defense. Players grow their fluid intelligence to get a result when things they are not prepared for happen.

The fluid intelligence of the off-ball movement in Steph Curry and the Warriors players doesn’t show in the stat sheet - yet it is the main reason they win.

We know that the best Basketball Coaches at the best teams need players with fluid intelligence to get a result when what the Basketball Coach planned and prepared for didn’t work.

Because fluid intelligence doesn't show in the stat sheet it's not easy for these great Basketball Coaches to find players with fluid intelligence.

Our plan is to make this league session the place where the best Basketball Coaches from the best clubs come to recruit players with fluid intelligence.

• 8.30 to 9.30pm - we will expand to 2hrs - as the numbers grow. This is our first session.
• It is at Longdean School, 10 minutes from Westminster Lodge - but the entrance is not the school. There is a separate entrance that you can only find by just putting the post code in - and nothing else - HP3 8JH
• 16+ - Mixed - League Level - club and no club players are welcome.
